Nutrition & Micronutrient Panel

A blood panel measuring key vitamins, minerals, and related nutritional markers to identify deficiencies or imbalances.

Fresh vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables for the nutrition and micronutrient panel at Integria Precision Medicine

The nutrition and micronutrient panel measures circulating levels of vitamins (including B12, folate, vitamin D, and others), minerals (iron, ferritin, magnesium, zinc where indicated), and related markers such as homocysteine and MMA. Deficiencies and borderline levels in these areas are common, often overlooked, and frequently relevant to symptoms such as fatigue, cognitive changes, mood shifts, and suboptimal recovery from exercise or illness.

Depth and repeat frequency scale with your program tier. At higher tiers, send-out testing through Quest Diagnostics is added for markers not routinely available through community labs. Results are reviewed with your physician and, where appropriate, with the clinic Kinesiologist or Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, and inform targeted supplementation or dietary adjustments rather than blanket recommendations.

Available through Longevity or Menopause membership

Fatigue, slow recovery and brain fog often trace back to something measurable. This panel checks B12, folate, vitamin D, iron and more, and it is included in both programs at Integria Precision Medicine. From there the clinic team turns any gaps into specific food and supplement changes rather than blanket advice.
