Dr. Watson is a fellowship-trained General Internal Medicine specialist with a rare combination of expertise spanning internal medicine, clinical pharmacology, endocrine hypertension, menopause medicine, and longevity medicine, with nearly a decade of combined inpatient and outpatient practice in Calgary. She holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology and spent five years practicing as a Clinical Pharmacologist, giving her advanced expertise in medication management, drug therapy optimization, and complex clinical decision-making. Her clinical interests include hypertension, cardiovascular risk assessment and reduction, hormonal health, and helping patients proactively optimize their long-term health before disease develops.
A Certified Hypertension Specialist, Dr. Watson recently completed a dedicated one-year Endocrine Hypertension fellowship, making her one of a small number of physicians in Alberta with advanced subspecialty training in this field. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a dedicated clinical focus in perimenopause and menopause, and has completed formal fellowship training in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in the United States — training that supports her broader passion for helping patients preserve function, extend healthspan, and proactively shape their long-term health trajectory.
At Integria, Dr. Watson accepts referrals from physicians for diagnostic uncertainty, resistant and secondary hypertension, and complex multisystem conditions, while also working directly with patients seeking specialist-led menopause and longevity care. An award-winning educator and Clinical Lecturer at the Cumming School of Medicine, she is passionate about translating complex medical information into clear, actionable plans that empower patients to understand their health and confidently navigate their future.
