The men’s hormone assessment is a detailed blood panel that measures total and free testosterone, dihydrotestosterone (DHT), estradiol, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), DHEA-S, and the pituitary hormones LH and FSH, with additional markers added where the clinical picture warrants. High-sensitivity assays are used because accurate measurement at the concentrations relevant to men (particularly for estradiol and free testosterone) requires more sensitive methodology than standard panels provide.
Results are reviewed with your longevity physician and interpreted in the context of your symptoms, medical history, and overall risk profile rather than against isolated reference ranges. Where a hormonal pattern is clinically significant and treatment is appropriate (for example, testosterone replacement), it is initiated and monitored as part of the membership, with follow-up testing to assess response and guide any adjustments. Where levels are already within an expected range, the assessment establishes a baseline for future comparison.
