Proactive Cancer Screening

LDCT Abdo/Pelvis

A low-dose CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis used to detect structural abnormalities that may not be apparent through routine testing.

Radiologist reviewing CT imaging for LDCT abdomen and pelvis at Integria Precision Medicine

Low-dose CT of the abdomen and pelvis provides detailed cross-sectional imaging of the liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, bladder, reproductive structures, and other abdominal and pelvic anatomy. It can identify masses, cysts, vascular abnormalities, kidney stones, and other structural findings that may not be evident on blood work or physical examination. The low-dose protocol minimizes radiation exposure while maintaining diagnostic quality.

Within the longevity program, this scan is included in the Tier 2 membership as part of a proactive imaging strategy. In Tier 3, whole-body MRI replaces the LDCT abdomen and pelvis, providing an even broader and more detailed evaluation of the same anatomy without radiation. All findings are interpreted by a radiologist and reviewed with you by your internal medicine physician, with clear recommendations for follow-up or additional investigation if required.

Access this through the Longevity program

A low-dose CT of the abdomen and pelvis gives a detailed look at the liver, kidneys and other organs that routine tests cannot reach. It is part of Longevity Tier 2 at Integria Precision Medicine where indicated, and at Tier 3 it is replaced by whole-body MRI, which covers even more ground without radiation. Either way, a radiologist reads it and your physician talks you through it.
