The menopause transition is characterized by hormonal fluctuations that may begin years before a woman’s final menstrual period. During this time, changing hormone levels can contribute to a wide range of symptoms and physiological changes that affect overall health and quality of life. At Integria, our menopause hormone assessment provides a comprehensive evaluation of key reproductive and metabolic hormones, including estradiol, progesterone, testosterone (total and free), SHBG, DHEA-S, and other clinically relevant biomarkers. Together, these results help us better understand where you are within the menopause transition and how your hormonal profile may be contributing to your symptoms, health concerns, and long-term risk factors. Laboratory results are interpreted within the context of your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any current or previous hormone therapy. This specialist-led approach allows us to move beyond isolated laboratory values and develop recommendations tailored to your individual needs.

For patients undergoing hormone therapy, testing is typically repeated at three-month intervals during the first year of care to assess treatment response and guide adjustments when appropriate. Bloodwork is conveniently collected on-site, with results reviewed directly by your menopause physician. Certain specialized hormone analyses are performed through our partner laboratory, Quest Diagnostics, allowing access to advanced testing that is not routinely available locally. By combining detailed hormone assessment with expert clinical interpretation, we gain a more complete understanding of your physiology and can deliver a more personalized approach to menopause care.
