Longevity & Preventative Health Care in Calgary, Alberta. The Future is Yours to Shape.

A specialist program for mapping your physiology and individual risk now, so you can act on it long before disease appears.

Risk is most actionable long before it becomes established disease. That's the window we work in.

Our Approach

Longevity care that considers the whole picture.

Most chronic disease begins long before it’s diagnosed. The biological processes driving heart disease, metabolic dysfunction, bone loss, and cognitive decline often start silently, decades before any symptom appears. By the time those changes are visible in conventional care, the window for early, meaningful intervention has narrowed.

Our approach is to identify risk early and act on it. Through advanced diagnostics, detailed physiologic assessment, and specialist interpretation, we map your individual risk patterns clearly, then build a personalized prevention strategy designed to extend your long-term health.

Your long-term health isn't defined by age alone. Let us give you the tools to live well across all of it.

Care Timelines

Your longevity care, mapped over the year.

Essential Timeline

Our Essential Tier is intentionally front-loaded. The goal is to build a detailed health baseline, interpret the findings through a specialist lens, and create a comprehensive plan that patients can carry forward, with thoughtfully timed follow-ups and a year-end review.

01

Intake & Preparation

Detailed intake forms, priorities, goals, and coordination of required baseline information before in-person assessment.

02

Assessment Day

A coordinated half-day involving detailed biometric, physiologic, and clinical assessments to establish a high-resolution baseline.

03

Diagnostics

You'll undergo targeted investigations and advanced testing coordinated based on individual risk profile and goals.

04

Physician Review

One-on-one specialist-led synthesis and presentation of your results with a personalized prevention and longevity plan.

05

Year-End Reassessment

Repeat assessment to evaluate change, refine priorities, and guide the next phase of care.

Our Essential Tier is designed to provide a rigorous baseline and an actionable plan. Patients who want more regular follow-up, repeated testing, and dynamic optimization across the year are better suited to our Elevated or Ultimate Tiers.

Elevated Timeline

Elevated builds on the baseline assessment with the addition of VO2 max testing, more detailed strength and movement analysis, and more structured support and engagement across the year. It is designed for individuals who want active implementation, progress review, and iterative refinement of their prevention and performance plan.

01

Baseline Assessment

Comprehensive intake, clinical assessment, diagnostics, and physiologic testing to establish the starting point.

02

Physician Synthesis

Specialist-led review of findings with a personalized prevention, healthspan, and performance strategy.

03

Implementation Support

Structured follow-up to support execution, refine goals, and address barriers as the plan moves into practice.

04

Mid-Year Review

Progress review with selective retesting and plan adjustment based on response and evolving priorities.

05

Annual Reassessment

Repeat evaluation to assess change, update risk profile, and guide the next year of optimization.

Our Elevated Tier is the best fit for patients who want more than a baseline plan, but do not need the highest-frequency reassessment and clinical touchpoints of Ultimate.

Ultimate Timeline

Ultimate is the highest-touch longevity membership, designed for patients seeking continuous optimization, more regular clinical oversight, and a more intensive approach to tracking change over time.

01

Comprehensive Baseline

Detailed assessment, diagnostics, and physiologic testing to define health status, risk profile, and performance capacity.

02

Integrated Plan

Specialist-led synthesis with a highly individualized prevention, longevity, and performance plan.

03

Ongoing Optimization

Regular touchpoints to review clinical progress, testing data, goals, implementation, and emerging concerns.

04

Scheduled Reassessment

More frequent reassessment to guide adjustments in training, metabolic health, cardiovascular prevention, and risk reduction.

05

Annual Strategy Review

Full-year synthesis of progress, updated priorities, and next-stage recommendations for continued optimization.

Ultimate should feel meaningfully different: more frequent oversight, deeper reassessment, and the most personalized level of longitudinal support.
