Precision Menopause Care in Calgary, Alberta. Tailored to Your Individual Needs.

Specialist-led care from certified menopause physicians who understand your experience. Personally, clinically, and scientifically.

At Integria, making sense of complexity is what we do best.

Our Approach

Menopause care that considers the whole picture.

Our physicians have advanced training in menopause care and understand the complexity of hormonal changes across the female lifespan. We provide individualized care to alleviate symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, with a prevention-focused approach to what really matters: hormone balance, gut and microbiome health, metabolic health, bone and heart protection, brain health, vaginal, pelvic floor, and sexual wellbeing.

We use advanced diagnostics and specialist interpretation to build a care plan that’s precise and truly personalized, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Our precision medicine approach combines comprehensive diagnostics with targeted, individualized interventions. Treatment plans are built around your history, risk factors, goals, and values. Where appropriate, we integrate non-hormonal options alongside attention to lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and stress biology.

Menopause care was always meant to be individualized. Let us tailor your care to exactly what you need.
