About

Ndaba Zulu is a Registered Kinesiologist whose work centres on objective measurement: collecting clear physical data, then turning it into a training plan a person can actually follow. He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Manitoba, where he was a four-time U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian, and he is registered with the Alberta Kinesiology Association.

Zulu has led Functional Capacity Evaluations and biomechanical assessments for complex cases, as part of a team that includes physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and a psychologist. Performing these assessments has shaped how he reports his findings: every assessment ends in a written report and a progress plan that other professionals can read and act on.

His background in performance testing comes from varsity sport. As an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Manitoba, he ran force-plate, strength, and cardiorespiratory testing for varsity and youth athletes, then built periodized programs around the results. Getting the numbers right, and explaining what they mean in plain terms, has been the through-line of his career.

At Integria, Zulu works alongside the physicians on the longevity and menopause care teams. He covers the performance and functional side of a member’s assessment (movement, strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, and body composition) and translates those results into an individualized exercise and strength program.
